The text line is actively monitored Monday-Friday between 10-6pm ET. Text response times may vary. Texts outside of that time will be answered within 24 hours (often much sooner).
What does this mean? It means support is just a text away. Really.
This service is free and made possible by donations. I am hoping to expand hours and availability soon as well as work toward non-profit status.
